Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to bring a full vaccination certificate?
Yes, this is a requirement. Please see our Healthcare page.
Can you cater for my cat's special dietary requirements?
Yes, but please make this known to us during the booking process.
Should I bring my cat's own bedding?
In order to help your cat settle into their temporary accommodation, bring your cat’s own basket or favourite blanket. It’s best to make sure it has the cat’s own scent on, and is not newly washed. We do provide ‘Vetbed’ hypoallergenic bedding, but experience has shown that the cats prefer their own bed from home!
Can you update me on how my cat is getting on while I'm away?
Yes! We can keep you updated, with photos, via email or What's App, depending on your preferred method. We will never upload pictures over Facebook while you are away for security reasons.
Can I leave my cat's travel box with you?
Yes, that's fine. Some cats struggle with travelling and transportation, so we strongly advise that cats are carried in a secure basket or box which is of the requisite size for your cat. Never put two cats in one box.
